Thank you, Arturo, for your hospitality and advice for a terrific stay in Rome. Hotel is around the corner from St. Peter's - great location. Tour buses, public transportation, etc. everything is close by. Safe location....

Very convienient for the vatican and close to bus stop/train sation
Not really a b&b, more like a room in an aprtment! Also on the sub floor level - view of car tyres and legs outside the window!

This hotel is quite near to Vatican. It takes only 5-10 minutes to arrive at Basilica di San Pietro on foot. The hotel's owner Dr. Arturo Pardi is enough warmhearted to tell us how to get to the sights which we intend to visit and how...

Very private, quite, clean.
The breakfast is very minimal, but there is a fridge so you can buy some food for yourself. It has just rooms and no some place to sit or stay like a launge.

Great location. Right beside the Vatican but in a nice non touristic suburb. Very helpful staff, clean and well appointed for the price.
I wish I found it before I had to spend a night in another dump.

Location is perfect
1- no wi-fi connection in the room, only at the building entrance 2- the room was ground level, leaving the window open is not a good idea 3- the owner could have shown more interest in our comfort. He did not care to call during our stay or before we left 4- the bed cover was not clean enough

Arturo, the owner is a very nice guy! Room we had was large, clean and comfortable, but not luxurious, and no view or anything. However, the location is fantastic for seeing the center of Rome, Vatican etc. Short walk to transit and decent...

The location was very good in order to walk to sites or catch a bus. We were met at the door and received the keys. Very helpful in answering questions on how to get around.
Beds were very firm. Would have liked a couple of extra towels. Internet went down during part of our stay - no way to contact manager to let him know there was a problem.

Location and the price
It is not mentioned anywhere that the place is in the basement of an apartment. Also the breakfast was only with tarts, crackers and etc. It shouldn't be written as "breakfast included".

Loaction good - near Vatican although neighbourhood not great.
Breakfast was packeted coissants left in a basket (which were horrible). No staff on sight. Emailed owner to request he booked a taxi but instead said one was not available but he would drive us for a significantly higher price than we paid for a taxi. When we tried ourself got a taxi straight away. This is not a B&B it is an apartment in a dodgy area and have to share with other guests.
